Laufzeit: 01.12.2016– 31.03.2017
Volumen: 550 Stunden Onsite, 150 remote
Location: Hannover
Sprachkenntnisse: DE/EN fluent
Aufgaben
- Coordinate the creation of any kind of communication to the IT end users resp. the client´s Business Units (like user guides or process descriptions)
- Deal with client´s Business Units resp. the IT units to fulfill their communication needs
- Publish resp. review articles and user guides
- Support IT project rollouts in regards of any communication needs
- Coordinate continuous improvement of the end user IT portal (myIT portal)
- Support in collecting and analyzing service issues raised by the IT end users
Anforderungen
- Project Management Skills
- Experience in preparing communication for IT projects and IT services
- Professional experience in IT, preferably in IT infrastructure in a pressurized environment
- Demonstrated ability to build valuable relationships with stakeholders, customers, colleagues and suppliers
- Excellent skills in Powerpoint, Sharepoint, MS Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer and service orientation
- Structured and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and autonomously, with initiative to drive changes and decisions
- Experience in an international company and in working with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English and German
