Responsible management of the deployment within a global SAP template implementation covering the following activities:
- Global rollout planning
- Rollout of the SAP template in pilot countries
- Design, preparation and execution of workshops
- Compiling of status reports, decision-making aids and presentations
- Progress and cost control
- Project documentation and project closure
- Management of the rollout teams
- Reporting to the program manager
- Team size: about 20-30 FTE
Profile of qualification:
- Long-term experience in IT project management within a validated environment (Pharma or Life Science industry)
- Practical experience with SAP-Rollout projects, especially regarding the management of several teams in different countries
- Profound knowledge in project management methodology
- Experience in the design and execution of workshops
- Skills in elaborating target-group-specific presentations, decision-making aids and status reports (especially on executive level)
- Business fluent English and German
- Strong administration, coordination, and communication skills
- Committed, conscientious and independent way of working
German and Englisch Language Skills both fluent
