For a leading German client we are looking for an experienced Vice President of Business Programs to lead a major business transformation.
Our client is currently undertaking a major business transformation initiative which is planned for 3+ years.
As VP you will be responsible for championing this program which will include IT/ERP and front end sales processes.
This is an interim position for an initial 6 months with a high potential to extend on a longer term basis
Your Role
- Taking full ownership of operations for a major transformation projects (€100M +)
- Providing leadership for the project teams and ensuring full functional delivery and execution in terms of scope, service quality, productivity and cost efficiency progress
- From an IT perspective is able to deliver on Front end technology – Portals, CRM, ecommerce, commissions
- Coordinating project related stakeholders relationships across group functions and within business units to ensure full buy-in and commitment
Your Profile
- Minimum of 7=5 years’ experience as a Senior director in a corporate environment
- Proven track record of successfully delivering multi-faceted ERP/IT Programmes (€50M +)
- Have previously championed and implemented large business/digital transformation projects
- Experienced in the business environment of front end sales driven organisations
- Proficient in Prince 2 / MSP project methodology
- Clear communicator (Fluent German & English) across all levels of an organisation including executive /CxO levels
- Willingness to travel within Europe
