SAP Training Lead/Coordinator - Germany- German speaking - 6 months
Experience
Management and co-ordination experience, specifically through all phases of an ERP implementation
End user training project knowledge, specifically large, complex end user training projects incorporating high numbers of users spread across many different geographical locations with varying language and cultural differences.
Experience of managing and leading large training teams across all functional areas and processes.
Extensive training material development and delivery experience within a specific process area
Strategic planning and reporting knowledge for training implementations
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and influencing skills.
Good respected reputation amongst peers and superiors
Ability to lead, influence and guide both within training development and with students through training delivery.
