Beschreibung

Budget/Sales:
•Prepares annual budget for the territory by volume and value.
•Identifies the potential customers and converts them as a Customer.
•Achieves budgeted sales at the price and terms of payment specified in the budget.
•Collaborates on a local level with global account management.

Price Realization:
•Prepares customer wise detailed plan for achieving price realization/contribution.
•Recommends and implements appropriate strategies for price realization.
•Achieves overall contribution incorporated in the budget.

Negotiates with customer:
•prices and other conditions within the range authorized by the sales "director".

Collection of outstanding:
•Ensures collection from the customers as per the agreed terms.
•Analyze the outstanding and recommends & takes actions to expedite the collection.

Customer Service:
•Anticipates various problems/issues and proactively takes corrective actions to avoid loss of business.
•Proactive and planned customer visits to understand requirements, create relationship & feedback to customer service.
•Ensures timely corrective and preventive action to resolve the customer complaints.
•Provides techno commercial information and clarification required by the customers from time to time.

Market Information:
•Collects and compiles market information on various aspects related to customers, products and competition;
•Analyses information and recommends appropriate strategy to management
