On behalf of our major customer based in the south of Germany, we are currently looking for an IT Project Manager to join a new implementation of an ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) product.The successful candidate will take responsibility for the Data Migration aspects of the project, including management of a team of around 10 resources. As the technical expertise is already within the team, the main focus of this role is really on Project Management & Team Management activities; coordinating with the different Project Leaders, communicating with the stakeholders, and pro-actively managing the team to ensure that deliverables are met in a tight timeframe.
Project information:
• Location: Munich area and Karlsruhe area, travelling involved
• Remote work is possible
• Start: ASAP (latest in September)
• Duration: 6 months, extension for another 6 months afterwards
• Workload: 5 days per week, part time could be possible for the right candidate
Skills required:
• Strong experience in IT Project Management (ideally 5+ years)
• Well organised, pro-active
• Experience of Data Migration projects is nice to have
• Experience of ALM projects is very nice to have
• Understanding of PMI methods is a nice to have
• English is a must; German is a nice to have
