Project Description:?Define commercial and technical software life cycle processes
?Support implementation of roles (Software License Manager/Software Expert)
?Define roadmap for process introduction and prepare decisions
?Establish rules and standards for the setup of a license and software repository
?Define and establish compliance reporting
?Evaluate adequate tool support
Qualifications:
?Deep knowledge concerning software license contracts, copyright and license metrics
?Understanding of commercial, technical and strategic aspects in license management
?Knowledge about license models of main vendors such as Microsoft, IBM, Oracle and Symantec
?Know-how about best practices in software deployment, archiving and setup of software inventories
?Knowledge about software subscriptions and software as a service (virtualisation, cloud environment)
?Experience in introducing software license management in companies with several legal entities
?Awareness of common tools supporting software license management
?Ability to organise and prioritise in a fast-paced environment on the base of a project management methodology
?Experience in the financial industry and familiarity with it’s basic principles would be an advantage
? Fluent in spoken and written English and German (please send your CV in English)
