Senior Consultant (m/w) as Workstream PMO (27867)

Laufzeit: 22.08.2016 - 30.06.2017
Ort: Hannover
Volumen: 1344 Stunde(n) vor Ort, 336 Stunden remote, 126 Reisestunden

Tasks:
? Support in the operational project management of the Workstream leads
? Prepare decision material for the Workstream lead
? Preparation, hosting and wrap-up of Workstream meetings
? Preparation, execution and documentation of workshops
? Preparation, participation and documentation of relevant meetings
? Participate in cross project and cross Workstream alignment meetings as a competent representative of the CC Workstream
? Ensure administrative enablement of new project members (e.g. Share Point access)
? Act as dialogue and supporting partner for Workstream leads
? Support the Workstream Lead and Project Leads to fulfill reporting requirements that fit with the program governance
? Responsibility for sub-projects in bigger projects of responsibility for smaller projects, respectively
? Fulfillment of complex tasks
? Dialogue partner for the customer
? Assistance in the preparation and presentation of offers
? Introductory training of new colleagues

Skills:
? 2 years of experience as a project lead or within a PMO organization
? Experiences in working according to IT Projects in the past is appreciated
? Good knowledge and usage skills of the energgy utility Project Portfolio Management tool and process is appreciated
? Good understanding the role of energy utility with regard to commercials and contractual topics
