Senior Project Manager (m/w) and Co-Lead Commercial Program Controlling (27841)

Ort: Hannover
Volumen: 1344 Stunde(n) vor Ort, 336 Stunden remote, 126 Reisestunden

Tasks:
? Establishment of a commercial controlling structure on the budget planning and budget consumption of the IT Transformation program
? Establish a commercial report system for the IT Transformation program
? Regular tracking and reporting system of the commercial program status
? Work closely with other project managers to align on plans and targets
? Cooperate with the Workstream Lead and PMO to fulfill reporting requirements that fit with the program governance
? Manage, facilitate and attend meetings that keep stakeholders engaged and updated
? Lead and steering of multiple projects
? Customer relation management and acquisition
? Public relations management
? Preparation and presentation of offers
? Development of a department strategy and improvement of the range of services

Skills:
? Competencies in strategy development and implementation (transformations)
? Experience with controlling as a management tool
? Expert knowledge in IT project controlling
? Expert knowledge on establishing regular reporting and tracking of commercial data for large IT implementation projects
? At least 5 years of proven experience as ‘project controller’ Proven technical and commercial experience that allows the applicant to establish a new commercial controlling structure for large IT implementation projects
? Comprehensive understanding of energy utility with regard to commercials and contractual topics
? Expert knowledge of the client´s commercial model, processes and procedures
? Substantial experience in similar projects
