Senior Project Manager (m/w) and Co-Lead Business Case Calculation & Tracking (27828)

Tasks:
? Establishment of a business case master structure to identify commercial benefits of the implementation of ‘IT Transformation’ and especially cloudification measures
? Establishment of dedicated business cases for Business Unit Transformation initiatives to identify commercial benefits and potential risks
? Align commercial and strategic KPIs for the business case evaluation with Business IT and Controlling
? Align with other projects and product variant owners (PVOs) on current and future project and product costs, and update the figures regularly
? Continuously track and update the business cases in the course of the program
? Report the development and outcomes of business cases regularly
? Lead and collaborate with Workstream / Project colleagues as well as the line organization to expertly deliver and align the desired business cases for affected IT services
? Cooperate with the Workstream Lead and PMO to fulfill reporting requirements that fit with the program governance
? Manage, facilitate and attend meetings that keep stakeholders engaged and updated
? Plan, govern and control the budgets for respective project
? Lead and steering of multiple projects
? Customer relation management and acquisition
? Public relations management
? Preparation and presentation of offers
? Development of a department strategy and improvement of the range of services

Skills:
? Competencies in strategy development and implementation (transformations)
? Experience with controlling as a management tool
? Expert knowledge in the definition, evaluation and alignment of IT Service business cases
? Expert knowledge in defining commercial and strategic KPIs for the business case evaluation
? Expert knowledge in IT product cost calculation
? Excellent financial controlling skills
? Proven experience in the area of IT service provider organization, IT cost structures and IT benchmarks
? Proven experience in the area of IT Transformation and Cloudification
? Comprehensive understanding of the role of energy utility with regard to commercials and contractual topics is appreciated
? Experience in similar projects such as Modernization, IT Landscape Transformation or 122 IT CO is appreciated
