Senior Consultant Key Account Management (m/w)

Ort: Hannover
Volumen: 1260 Stunde(n) vor Ort, 420 Stunden remote, 126 ReiseStunden

Tasks:
? Support the new KAM with the handover of an aligned Key Account Management (KAM) Concept for client from 122 IT CO
? Support with the setup of the KAM Organization within the ‘IT Transformation’ Program
? Support in staffing of KAM Organization with internal resources (and external, if needed)
? Support the KAM to define processes between client´s organisations
? Support the KAM to define process and responsibilities between the KAM organization and the affected/involved client´s line organization (SIT, CEO and CF)
? Support the KAM in operational matters
? Dialogue partner and support for the project lead (KAM)
? Preparation of stakeholder presentation material
? Responsibility for sub-projects in bigger projects of responsibility for smaller projects, respectively
? Fulfillment of complex tasks
? Dialogue partner for the customer
? Assistance in the preparation and presentation of offers
? Introductory training of new colleagues

Skills:
? Good understanding of energy utilty organization and governance principles
? Good understanding of IT governance and processes
? Understanding of the current ‘Business Engagement Manager’ (BEM) role
? Advanced Understanding of the relation of Energy Utility with regard to technical, commercial and contractual topics
? Advanced experience in the area of IT service provider organization, cost structures and benchmarks
? Proven Experience in similar projects and KAM organizations
