Consultant Business Case Calculation & Tracking (m/w) (27763)

Volumen: 1344 Stunde(n) vor Ort, 336 Stunden remote

Tasks:
? Support the project manager in the establishment of a business case master structure to identify commercial benefits of the implementation of ‘IT Transformation’ and especially cloudification measures
? Support the project manager in the establishment of dedicated business cases for Business Unit Transformation initiatives to identify commercial benefits and potential risks
? Support the project manager in the alignment of commercial and strategic KPIs for the business case evaluation with Business IT and Controlling
? Support the project manager in the alignment with other projects and product variant owners (PVOs) on current and future project and product costs, and update the figures regularly
? Continuously track and update the business cases in the course of the program
? Collaborate with client´s Workstream / Project colleagues as well as the client´s line organization to expertly deliver and align the desired business cases for affected IT services in accordance with client´s standard
? Support and execute reporting requirements that fit with the program governance
? Prepare and support meetings that keep stakeholders engaged and updated
? Support budget controlling for respective project
? Autonomous execution of sub-tasks in the project
? Fulfillment of complex tasks
? Implementation of concepts
? Assistance in the preparation of offers

Skills:
? Basic knowledge in the definition, evaluation and alignment of IT Service business cases
? Basic knowledge in defining commercial and strategic KPIs for the business case evaluation
? Basic knowledge in IT product cost calculation
? Advanced financial controlling skills
? Proven experience in the area of IT service provider organization, IT cost structures and IT benchmarks
? Proven experience in the area of IT Transformation and Cloudification
? Basic understanding of the client´s role with regard to commercials and contractual topics is appreciated
? Experience in similar projects such as Modernization,
IT Landscape Transformation or 122 IT CO is appreciated
