My client is looking for 2 BIG DATA ARCHITECTS on a 3-6 month contract with an extremely competitive daily rate!
They are working with well-known clients and work with some of the largest financial organisations in the world.
They are offering the opportunity to work on a project and be fully involved in the end to end implementation of the project.
You will be implementing and installing the Horton Works platform, getting feedback from the Development Team and working out how you can change it/keep it to better the platform.
These are live projects with budgets already in place. The client is looking for an immediate start for the right candidate.
Essential skills would be:
-3 years + Hadoop experience - Horton works certified/HDPCA certified
-3 years + Horton Works - (must be hands on experience)
Desirable skills would be:
-Experience in the Banking/Insurance/Automotive sectors
-Strong understanding of technologies including Spark, hive and map produce.
This is a contract length of 3 months based out in France or/either Germany. Dependent on where your skills would be most valuable. There is a strong possibility of extension up to 6 months.
