Project environment
A global Swiss Bank is looking for a Support Analyst.
Tasks
• Handle user queries and incidents as outlined?in the IT Service Catalogue, and to resolve per documented procedures and in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements.
• Perform minor changes (e.g. write scripts, read code, change batch jobs) in order to resolve more complex or unique problems and/or devise workarounds.
• Set out the framework and standards in these disciplines.
• Work on the FX Trading Platform.
Requirements
• Good Market Data services know-how on technical level (TREPS / RMDS / Bloomberg / Reuters).
• Good Market Data services know-how on content.
• Experience with Windows.
• Experience with Linux/Unix would be beneficial.
• Good scripting know-how.
• Good communication skills.
