Aufgaben:
Interpreting transaction reporting requirements across all commodities/products
which are traded by client.
• Identify and engage with the stakeholders to
o Identify, document and engineer requirements.
o Moderate and manage scope.
o First point of contact for business to be consulted on requirements.
o Challenge requirements (cost/benefit analysis).
o Communicate requirements with all stakeholders.
• Be part of a team of experienced BA’s on projects which range from small to complex, cascading information to several related projects and programs, becoming a subject matter expert eventually.
• Help to identify proper IT-solution (Solution evaluation & recommendations).
• Support INT and UAT testing with knowledge.
• Support the BA community.
Skills:
• Educated to degree level, IT and/or related business discipline.
• Excellent Business analysis skills, preferably certified to IIBA standards or equivalent.
Leadership Skills
• Passionate about analysing, structuring and optimizing trading landscape with
working knowledge in commodities business.
• Robust project and end-to-end change lifecycle experience.
• Appreciation of general technical concepts
(e.g. databases, security, backup, data harmonization).
• Intercultural awareness and international orientation
