Project Description:?Our client is looking for professional support within a tender process in regards to office communication, global PC services und user support.
?A document will be conducted and aligned with participating teams as part of the RfP process. The document will describe existing functional services of the external service provider in place. Else, incorporate state-of-the-art communication tools and support approaches for end users of globally organized firms. In addition, optional service modules will be described as:
- User Helpdesk (UHD) - for support of worldwide locations
- Second Level Support
- Testcenter for verification of HW/SW
- Recurring Reporting
- Field Service for global office locations
- Defined SLAs and attached penalties
- Service times
?Further information is obtained out of interviews with representatives of our client and information from existing service reporting completes the RfP document.
?Further consultancy in regards to negotiation, examination and evaluation of tenders incl. elaboration of approvals of the tender procedure.
?Development, maintenance and incorporation of knowledge regarding services, products and relevant procurement markets to ensure the efficiency of the tender project.
?Documents need to be prepared in English and German language
Qualifications:
?Experience in drafting documents and in conducting processes for an RfP
?Experience with tender processes and negotiation techniques
?Expertise with Call Centres and worldwide on premise services
?Expertise with legal / regulatory requirements in financial industry sector
?Fluent in written and spoken English and German
