Tasks
• Managing all aspects of the project, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues.
• Responsible for E2E Delivery (full scope, in time, within budget).
• Ensuring compliance with SDLC principles and standards.
• Embed Risk Awareness by designing and operating an effective control environment, proactively identifying and raising control deficiencies and driving diligent and sustainable risk remediation.
• Compliance with standards and regulations.
• Reporting on launch, monitoring of project deliverables.
• Change Management Process.
• eXtract – status reporting and financial updates.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager.
• Proven track record in projects within Banking, Investment Banking experience would be preferred.
• Experience in the area of Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities is essential.
• A good Knowhow in the area of Compliance, Market Risk and Finance.
• Result & content orientation, pragmatism and good social skills are crucial.
• Excellent communication skills in both: German and English.
