Description:Defines solutions (requirements, designs, services, recommendations) to business/process problems and owns the integrity of the solution through customer acceptance and final disposition of solution.
Develops and maintains information or documentation to the appropriate audiences in the appropriate standard formats. Includes interface with management, users, and information technology professionals to create conceptual solutions to business problems. Usually possesses significant knowledge in one or more business functional areas.
Skill:
Proven practical experience with regard to IT-business analysis for implementation of business processes based on a Workflow-/BPM platform supporting the complete lifecycle (pre-sales up to project closure).
Analysis, validation and documentation of functional requirements from various business areas (Banking, Lending, Others) in order to design technical BPM/SOA solutions; analysis and modulation of business processes.
Experience in Banking and Know How for Process Management for Retail Banking are an important advantage. Distinctive experience in stakeholder management required.
Fluent in spoken and written German and Englisch
