Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Endkunden suchen wir ab sofort externe Unterstützung.
Aufgabe:
• Support and steer the Infrastructure related projects (DC Set UP and Migration) from the sanctioned IT Proposal(s) (of 3rd party providers)
• Ensures collaboration across the relevant Central teams (e.g. Architects, Security, Product and Contract Management) of our client
• Ensure all supplier project related requests are managed to the clients standard and the program master plan incl. any commitments to SvK
• Align and contribute to local program PMO management processes (e.g. report, follow up and local store of project artefacts)
• Collaboration and alignment with and support to the Program Lead in her role and in achieving compliance objectives
• Pivot point to the 3rd party organizations for their IT projects, delivery, reporting, issues, change, etc.
• Tracks and maintains supplier project requests are delivered to agreed targets and timescale
• Manage and direct the assigned workstream Project Manager(s); participate in JDM calls
• Engage and align with local Business IT teams in the preparation of the target application migrations
• Ensure collaboration and alignment with other group-wide projects (e.g. 122 Company Separation)
• Report on progress to Program Lead
Soft Skills:
• Overview and leadership of HASI Program with particular emphasis on Infrastructure topics.
• Strong and proven track record of working in close collaboration with external 3rd party providers and legislative representatives
• Management, accountability and control of the Program infrastructure budget
• Ensuring consistent timely and accurate reporting on a weekly basis towards the overarching project organization, external partners and representatives including key stakeholders at Project Steering Committee’s
• Build and maintain close collaboration and harmonious working relationship with all parties and influences within the HASI program and central functions
• Maintaining and updating records within system tools to ensure accurate adhoc reporting can be achieved (SAP/In Scope/Aries/Project Portfolio Management PPM etc.)
• Making key Management decisions in relation to the program of work being undertaken.
• Leading and Governing all parties within the program of work, including but not limited to business Units of the client, Performing suppliers, Third Party suppliers and others.
• Support communication efforts towards affected Focus Groups and participate in alignment sessions
• Ensuring all appropriate project artefacts are available (e.g. PDD, PCR, SIRD, Proposal, P/O, base lined plan and milestones) to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal audit requirements of our client.

Kontingent: 1.024 Stunden Onsite, 256 Stunden Offsite (und 320 Stunden als Reisezeit)
