Project support for a group-wide project which aims to improve client relations and increase efficiencies through streamlining of the customer onboarding and maintenance processes across the group.Tasks/responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding & Maintenance project
Serve as a primary leader in the development of optimized business solutions
Define, design and develop measures for improvement
Develop conclusions and strategic recommendations, write requirement reports and assist with management presentations
Qualifications:
Deep knowledge in financial industries
Experience with process optimization and creation of business requirements documents
Experience in creating process maps with as-is and to-be states; Experience with Visio desired
Certification in at least one process optimization methodology required e.g. Lean Six Sigma
Experience with Agile Requirement Development desired
Confident use of Microsoft Office
Highly motivated and engaging nature, positively assertive
Ability to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of reliability/flexibility
Team player with good communication skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English; German and/or French language skills would be an advantage
Assignment Location: Eschborn, Germany - partially Luxembourg
