At the Bank various internal as well as external business processes require a vast number of signatures from different stakeholders. Currently, most of those processes are based on paper signatures which are significantly impacting the process completion time. Further, gaining paper based signatures is a large cost driver for the Bank.
To support the objective to become fully digitalised and to gain various benefits the Bank entered into a Master Service Agreement with a SaaS provider of eSignature solutions.
To use this global solution, a core architecture needs to be setup within the Bank system landscape allowing the use case owners to connect to the service. Prerequisite for implementing this global approach is to design a solution that takes the requirements from the control functions into account to gain the Bank wide approval of the solution.

- Support finalization of the high-level product specific architecture document (PSA)
- Run internal risk assessment (dbRACE)
- Prepare formal internal security architecture (SAC) review
- Drive and support onboarding of operations team
- Involve in community management and share regular status updates on internal communications platform (myDB)
- Setup IntraGroup Service Agreement (IGSA)
- Advise business units on how to connect to the core architecture to use the eSignature solution
- excellent architectural thinking
- solid project management skills
- very good technical documentation skills
- profound knowledge of legal requirements to use electronic/ digital signatures
- basic knowledge of banking processes
- fluent in German and English
- excellent communication and presentation skills both oral and in writing
- ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- very strong ability to analyse, structure and coordinate complex tasks
- open and transparent, self-organized working style
- proactive way of working and ability to show initiative
- Willingness to work US working hours
