For my client I am looking for a Business Analyst (m/f) in Düsseldorf as soon as possible with the following functions:The following results and services will be delivered.
• Gather & document requirements for BI reporting
• Identify required input data and gaps
• Define Acceptance criteria
• Create requirements specification as part of the detailed design
• Service
? Scope (BI, Datawarehouse, ETL, SAP all incl. HANA and Simple Finance, Amdocs, CRM)
? Deliverables related to Scope
• Requirements definitions with traceability
• Architecture High Level (drilldown capable) based on formalized object oriented modeling
• Functional analysis: Function trees, functional containment including non-functional attributes
• Data analysis
? Methodology to utilize
• Requirements Engineering IEEE
• Non-functional requirements ISO1926
• Data modelling E/R Chen / UML
• Functional and process modelling BPMN
• Quality Function Deployment
? Tools to utilize
• Alfabet Enterprise Architecture Management (p=0.3)
• Adonis (p=0.5)
• ARIS (p=0.3)
• BIC GBTEC (p=0.9)
• Sparc EA (p=0.4)
• MS-SharePoint, MS-Office (p=1)
• Skills in order to achieve high quality and good time to market
? Senior, capable of activities: (approx. 2 FTE, onsite)
• Conduct and assess content with business owner, subject matter experts, existing documentation (local, group and vendors)
• Formalize content by required methodology
• Confirm documented models with business owner, subject matter experts (local, group and vendors
• Manage timeline, project plan and tracking
• Establish and maintain required meta models in repository based modeling tool
? Supporting, capable of activities: (approx. 4 FTE, onsite)
• Create and maintain models ensuring formal quality
• Query and export reports and presentations
• Cross check integrity and consistency of repository
• track activities related to quality of repository
• Fill predefined documents with exported / aggregated content
• Organize workshops
