Requirements
Design commercial solutions for bidding projects.
Respond to commercial conditions of tenders and prepare other commercial documents.
Calculate project costs and analyze commercial/legal/delivery risks.
Negotiate and review terms and conditions of (both sales and subcontracting) contracts.
Support sales and product teams in identifying market opportunities and define appropriate strategy by providing commercial opinion.
Risk management for project fulfillment.
Handle contract amendments.
Qualifications
8+ years experience in bidding commercial activities in a similar environment.
Bachelor or higher degree in commerce, trade or law.
Experience of working with world leading IT or telecommunication companies will be desirable.
Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Project fulfillment risk management background preferred.
Good contract and business letter drafting skills.
Financial/economic analysis experience preferred.
Fluency in German and English.
