Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

derzeit unterstützen wir einen Mandanten aus dem Bankenumfeld bei der Suche nach einem Business Analyst für folgendes Projekt:

Depending on the candidates focus the responsibilities include:

• Business process analysis (actual/target)
• Creating business requirement documents, functional specifications, test documentation
• Work closely with technical architects , developers and project managers throughout projects
• Analyse, define and prioritise business requirements
• Business data modelling
• Business object modelling
• Creating test cases
• Running and reporting tests
• Communication between software developers and business units
• Coordination of user acceptance process
• Creation of concepts and strategies
• Advise decision makers and projects
• Ensure availability, quality and consistency of business data throughout the whole business process flow
• Initiation, approval and implementation of process changes and optimisation measures
• Ensure compliance with all the internal and external regulatory requirements regarding the business processes
• Modeling/documentation of processes/procedures

Required Skills and Experience
The candidates should possess:
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Fluent in English, spoken and written

Along with the following business knowledge and technical skills/understanding:
Essential Primary:
• Highly motivated to learn and improve business processes
• Team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Exposure to a formal development methodology (preferably Agile, Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development)
• Experience in working on projects with development teams nearshore/offshore
• High attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Proven experience in business and functional requirements gathering
• Excellent data-handling experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Desirable:
• Fluent in German, spoken and written
• Experience in an investment banking role
• Business knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Cash Equities; Futures and Options; Fixed Income, Derivatives; Credit and

Rates Products or Structured Products.
• Good knowledge of the front to back processing required in Capital Markets businesses, including trade lifecycle
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management
• Knowledge of regulations (EMIR, Dodd Frank, MiFID, FATCA, FTT, etc.)
