Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 3397 for an IT Program Manager (f/m) Asset Management PlattformProject environment
A global Swiss Bank is looking for a Program Manager to initiate the kick off and manage a new strategic program within the Asset Management IT.
Tasks
• Responsible for delivering the objectives of a number of inter-linked global and/or cross functional projects building together an entire strategic program. This includes responsibility for the timely implementation of defined program / project objectives in line with quality standards and budget.
• Managing all aspects of a program, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues.
• Manage a team of experienced Project Managers, either directly or as part of a matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients (intern and extern) , evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement.
• E2E implementation of the target applications.
• Interface for Business and IT.
• E2E Business Solution including reusing of the existing platform and connect the new ones.
Requirements
• Proven track record in planning and leading sizeable projects as a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager.
• Established track record in tackling complex issues & executing initiatives in the context of a large organization.
• 5+ years of experience in Asset Management in the banking area.
• Applied knowledge of investment funds and investment portfolios.
• Excellent stakeholder management on senior level with excellent presentation (Powerpoint) and communication skills.
• SDLC Experience and agile affinity.
• Can do mentality and solution orientation.
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written, Business level).
