For one of our clients we are looking for an Technical Process Analyst OSS:Required Skills:
- Academic background: Technical or Superior Engineer
- +5 yr experience as a consultant in the IT or Telco industry
- Strong background in Telco Networks and OSS, for both Mobile & Fixed Networks.
- Experience in Telco OSS, ideally in Network Inventory Management Systems
- Strong administrative and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels
- Excellent facilitation, problem resolution, negotiation, cross-group collaboration, and organizational agility skills
- Experience in Requirement Specification and Functional Analysis preparation (inputs for later Technical Analysis and Implementation)
- Oracle & PL/SQL knowledge
- Experience on the German market
- Availability for short trips
Language skills:
- Fluent English required
- German nice to have
Nice to have:
- Experience with COTS OSS, including Network Inventory Management Systems, is a plus
Start: asap
Duration: 6 months+
Location: Munich, with travels to Slovakia
