Für unseren Kunden aus dem Finanzumfeld in Zürich suchen wir ab sofort einen erfahrenen Projektleiter mit langjähriger Erfahrung in der Finanzbranche sowie Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Projekten im Spannungsfeld Individualentwicklung vs. Standardsoftware. Hintergrund ist die Einführung einer neuen CRM Lösung auf Basis Temenos. Das Ziel besteht in der Implementierung so nah wie möglich am Standard.Die Aufgaben umfassen:
- Planning, controlling and coordination of various development departments and parties
- Ensure that all activities are aligned with overall program and other dependencies are considered
- Organize hand-over to IT operations and build a new competence center for TCRM within the organisation
- Coordination and communication with various stakeholders (business, architecture, security, etc)
Erforderliche Erfahrung und Skills
- 7 years+ experience as IT PL
- Experience in the area of conflict “customizing vs. standard”
- Working experience with vendor software (preferred Temenos)
- University degree in information technology or similar
Wünschenswert
- Private Banking experience
- Experience with UX platform
- International working environment
- Experience with Temenos product suite
- Experience with CRM projects
- Project lead certifications
