For one of our clients we are looking for an Incident ManagerMain task:
Contact with all project internal interfaces, in particular with the environment support team, outsourcing partners and operations.
Target of Task:
Manage Application Administrator team
manages incident tickets (software defects)
Qualifies tickets (priority, severity, content) before assigning to others
Quality assurance on all tickets including “tracking, so that tickets are processed in time”
ensures incident reporting
Involves System Architect in case his/her technical knowledge is needed to handle incidents
Interfaces with Planner addressing Application administrative tasks outside the ticket flow
Required Skills:
Verifiable experience in systems architecture
Technical understanding of (UNIX) systems administration, storage systems, IP networks and firewalls
Strong communicator
Remedy skills
ITIL
High motivation with target and result oriented functioning
Assertiveness paired with capacity for teamwork
Excellent understanding of complex dependencies, ability to find solutions
Team lead experience
Nice to have skills:
Knowledge of telecommunication business processes
Clear Quest knowledge
