For one of our clients we are looking for Project Manager Digital HealthTarget of tasks:
The Digital Doctor project is a high profile initative within the client aiming at developing a teleconsultation offering. The solution will be piloted by two health entities in Spain and Luxemburg. After a successful pilot, the solution may be offered to other international entities as well.
With the conceptual phase nearly completed, the client is now looking for an interim project manager to run the first phase of implementation for 2--3 months (with potential extension thereafter). Required capacity will be 60-80%.
Required skills:
• Profound project management experience in an international setting Fluency in English Basic understanding of health care and health insurance related issues (no profound expertise required)
• Coordinate negotiations with partners
• Drive scouting and discussions with potential additional partners Manage development of solution – coordinate:
1) UX/UI consultancy
2) IT provider
3) Medical partner (and potential further partners)
4) Law firm
5) Local piloting entities
6) IT
• Involve further stakeholders as needed, e.g.
1) Headquarter/management
2) Other entities interested in adopting solution Develop detailed workplan for solution development and piloting phase and make sure project gets required resources Support local entities (Spain, Luxemburg) in preparing local pilots (e.g., development of detailed project plan, definition of local required resources)
• Excellent people skills and ability to manage different stakeholders Entrepreneurial mindset and digital affinity ("can do attitude")
Nice to have:
Spanish language skills
Basic IT knowledge (e.g., IT architecture, IT development, SCRUM)
Language skills:
English - fluent
German and Spanish nice to have
