Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab sofort einen technical Specialist (w/m)
Task:
The position is for an experienced Technical Specialist with the proper skillset to own and manage all facets of the application lifecycle, as well as participate in projects as a SME representing the IT team and interests
The successful candidate needs to be self motivated, a good team player, and comfortable in a global environment
-Participates in the creation of supporting documentation e.g. Terms of Reference
-Liaises with program / project managers, clients, functional analysts and developers as appropriate to ensure solution design and implementation is in line with the business requirements
- Supports the preparation of feasibility studies and estimates
- Performs data analysis to support tasks as required
- Supports the client manager in documentation and / or analysis tasks around the responsible business area.
- Raise incidents, change tickets and represent on Incident/Problem/Change Management meetings
- Participate in DR/BCP drills.
- Should possess very good written and verbal communication skills.
Required Skills:
Must have relevant SAP skillset as already defined
Mandatory
- Fluent in English is required, German appreciated
- Good analytical and problem solving experience
- Basic knowledge and awareness of (related) business solutions in the marketplace
- Strong technical skills working in an IT based role
- Basic knowledge of the SAP platform Desired
- Experience in conceptualization and solution definition
- Very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially MS Access & MS Excel
- XML Skills are appreciated
- Financial industry experience and in particular Real Estate
- SAP Skills in the following areas: FI, CO, RE/FX
- SAP BW Skills in the following areas: FI, CO, RE/FX
Other general Tasks:
- Responsible for ownership of business facing applications
- Keep all facets of application hosting, security, audit and compliance in synch with corporate standards
- Provide technical support and guidance for both local and global projects
- Participate in regular team and project status meetings
- Communicate with vendors in support of third party hosted applications and services
- Maintain incidences and resolutions in the standard tracking tools
