Requirements
- Contract management on selected country and/or accounts in Western Europe
- Provide contract negotiation support to customer facing team across Western Europe
- Lead and Share best practise of industry in process development
- Business Model analysis and formulation of solution
- Provide mentoring to other team member in the area of contracting and business model analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years of commercial or procurement experience in the consumer industry, with regional exposure across Western Europe
- 7+ years of legal and commercial experience
- Service orientated
- Previous experience writing, drafting, and negotiating contracts/agreements
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to be based in Dusseldorf, with frequent travel within WEU (20%)
