Für einen meiner Kunden - ein großes Biotech-Unternehmen in Süddeutschland - suche ich zum schnellmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Project Manager im Proprietary Development auf freiberuflicher Basis mit ca. 2-5 Jahren Erfahrung:

Projektaufgaben

Responsibility for establishing and maintaining the project plan according to overall goals with input from individual functions

Responsibility for achieving the overall project objectives within budget and time

Communication of project progress

Manage changes of the project plan and drive risk management within the project

Preparing decisions with project team and present recommendations to internal governance bodies

Representingtheprojectteaminternallyandexternally

Your Requirements

Experience in Pharma Project Management

Good understanding of all aspects of the required activities and their timing during drug development as well as commercial aspects

Common understanding of biotech techno­logies and the specific requirements for the development of biotech drugs

Excellent communication, presentation and decision making skills

Ability to lead, to guide, motivate, and develop project team members

Ability to integrate people and opinions, derive and deliver consolidated plans, and to resolve conflicts

Ability to influence within a matrix structure

Abilitytotranslate a strategicvisioninto a projectplan

Start: asap

Projektlaufzeit: mind. 6 Monate mit Option auf Verlängerung

Beschäftigungsart: Freelance/ Arbeitnehmerüberlassung

Ort: Oberbayern

Volumen: 3 Tage pro Woche

Wichtig ist, dass es sich hier um einen operative/ hands-on arbeitende Position handelt. Genre sind auch Bewerbungen mit 2-3 Jahren Erfahrung willkommen.
