SAP PP/PI - QM Consultant
- Location: Rhine-Main-Area, Germany ( near Frankfurt )
- Start: ASAP, 08.02.2016
- Finish: 30.09.2016
- Work is on site ( no remote )
Required:
- Excellent knowledge and working experience with SAP PP-PI and SAP QM
- Consultant must speak English and German
Required skills for SAP PP - PI:
- Excellent knowledge of SAP Production Planning in Process Industry (SAP PP- PI ) module
- SAP PP customization, Master Data, Planning strategies, MRP, Shop Floor Management, SOP and related Interfaces ( MES, JDA, Ortems etc)
- Should be familiar with Supply chain process including Forecasting, Material Requirement Planning, Process Order Execution
- Good integration knowledge with other modules
- Should be able to manage the configuration and development of RICEF objects
- Excellent knowledge of SAP PP with Batch Management
- Knowledge on hazardous material management
- Should Have experience in creating functional specification for Enhancements/Developments/Custom reports.
Required skills for SAP QM:
- Master data management in SAP QM including Inspection Method, MIC (Qual/Quant), Inspection Plan and related Interfaces LIMS
- Knowledge of Dynamic Modification rule, Quality Certificate, Certificate of Analysis, Stability study, QM digital signature
- Knowledge on Various Inspection processes in Procurement, Production & Sales etc.
- Integration with other modules experience
