In cooperation with premium companies our employees develop individual and practice-oriented solutions.For a challenging project in Eschborn near Frankfurt Main we are looking for support in the area of Office Support / Assistance.
Our client: a renowned company in the financial sector.
Support the Head of Section and help structuring and organising his duties in:
- Preparation of Meetings and Meeting Minutes
- Management Reporting
- Follow up of action items
- Research, (prioritise), prepare, and follow up on incoming requests, issues and concerns addressed to Head of Section.
- Keep the Head of Section well informed of upcoming commitments and ensure that preparation materials are available in advance.
Assume responsibility for various small initiatives.
- Proactively define scope
- Organise respective meetings
- Define and create deliverables
- Communicate results
Proactively work independently on initiatives from conception to completion as well as to take a lead on activities that require the joint support of the executive team. Prioritise conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously proactively, and follow-through on initiatives to successful completion.
