Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 3403 for an IT Stream Lead (f/m) Communications & Training End User

Project environment
A Swiss Private Bank is looking for a Project Manager/Trainer/Communications Expert with a good IT Background and a good sense for end-users and their language and requirements to lead the Communications & Training stream of the end user computing roadmap. The project introduces new communication solutions based on Cisco technology (WebEx, Jabber, Telepresence) as well as mobile and web solutions to support business users in their daily tasks.

Tasks
• Define/Finalize communication / training strategy of overall end user computing initiatives with focus on training materials or online training.
• Manage execution of communication strategy.
• Execution of some parts of the strategy e.g. Flyer creation, definition, Intranet News, surveys etc.
• Organize and manage user trainings.

Requirements
• 5+ years experience in global/international IT programs/projects within the financial industry sector.
• Financial industry background (preferably within Private Baking).
• Experience in setting up communication and training concepts in an international environment (communications language: UK English).
• Senior-grade experience with end user computing training Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
• Cisco Jabber / WebEx know-how.
