Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 3410 for an IT Program Manager (f/m) Client Relationship Management and Document Management

Project environment
A Swiss Private Bank is looking for a Program Manager within the Partner Stream of a strategic 3-5 year global firm wide initiative to transform the operating model through a new global platform development. Within the program, the Partner Stream focuses on redefinition of current Client relationship management and document management systems.

Tasks
• Program/project management within the delivery unit, ensuring the delivery of all relevant artefacts.
• Plan, Monitor and control program/project progress (schedule, budget, scope, quality).
• Identify, analyze and manage all relevant stakeholders.
• Identify, analyze, mitigate and monitor program/project risks.
• Decision board (Program board/STC) moderation and preparation.
• Staff and manage program/project resources (including internal and external staff, third parties/vendors and implementation partners).
• Provide regular communication to the stakeholder according to the defined communication plan.

Requirements
• 5+ years experience in leading global/international IT programs/projects within the financial industry sector.
• Financial industry background (preferably within Private Baking).
• In-depth understanding of project management methodologies (including agile ethodologies).
• Strong computer science fundamentals, e.g. Higher university degree in computer science/business informatics.
• In-depth knowledge of document management systems.
• In-depth knowledge of client on-boarding processes and client relationship management.
• Change management experience in driving organizational changes taking full account of oppositions and differing stakeholder priorities.
• Target oriented, solution driven, pushing forward the project.
• Very good communication skills.
• Proactive and autonomous.
• Motivating, conflict solving and decisive personality.
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
