Lead Business Analyst (m/f) Group Risk Control, BCBS

For this position we are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in Risk / Risk Control
and with experience in dealing with Data / Data Governance, ideally within a large organization.

Location: Frankfurt
Term: 15.02.2016 - 31.08.2016

Job Qualifications:
• Ideally a minimum of 5 years' experience within a Risk Control function
• Understanding of Credit Risk, Market Risk , Treasury Risk and Operational Risk
• Experience in dealing with data within a large organization
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills including the ability to deal with and influence senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage and prioritize a broad portfolio of activities
• Driven and resourceful mind-set
• Project management skills: ability to manage a wide range of objectives with conflicting and competing priorities;
ability to plan ahead and pre-empt key issues; to drive forward with little supervision
• Ability to build credible relationships and rapport with colleagues across different teams and stakeholders from other functions
• Fluency in both verbal and written English, German would be an asset

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a business lead to support Group Risk Control (GRC) and, in particular, the Risk Control Operations team with the implementation of changes
related to the Basel Committee principles for effective risk data aggregation and risk reporting (BCBS 239)
• Work closely with the global Risk Control Operations team, the BCBS 239 programme team,
the Risk Strategic Change team and Risk IT to provide business input and steering on key deliverables related to BCBS 239
• Coordinate with the Group Operations Data Governance Office to ensure the effective implementation and running of data governance bodies within GRC
• Work with the Group Operations Data Control Services team to ensure the implementation of a robust data issue management process for GRC
• Provide general management support to the Risk Control Operations team, particularly for BCBS 239 related topics
