Project in the field of payment, securities settlement and clearing services as well as liquidity
management
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Helping the Project Manager in project documentation, participating and documenting
customer meetings
Fact finding: collecting customer Business Requirements, functional and technical (ie
message or file formats) specifications and translating from German to English when needed.
Participating to the project analysis together with Senior BA/Solution Architect
Preparing project documentation in English.
Gaining a good knowledge of the platform to be installed and helping customer testing
Profile
Fluent in English and German with good technical drafting skills in English
Excellent problem solving skills
Self-starter, self-motivated, eager and quick learner
Communication and relationship management with clients and stakeholders at various levels of
seniority
Knowledge of requirement handling and process modelling
Experience in drafting project documentation
Nice to have: Knowledge or experience in the financial services field, eg in the areas of
retail/large payment systems, clearing systems and/or securities settlement systems
