Project Description:
?Project Office support for a group-wide project which aims to improve client relations and increase efficiencies through streamlining of the customer onboarding and maintenance processes across the group.
?Support Project Management with focus on management and project content activities
?Coordinate and support the creation of the business requirement analysis document
?Ensure correctness and timeliness of project plan incl. monitoring milestones of other requirements that are important for own project milestones
?Identify and evaluate project risks and issues and monitor respective activities to mitigate project risks
?Draft management presentations and project internal status reporting
?Prepare, participate in and document project meetings
?Budget management and reporting
?Administrative tasks as required
?Ensure quality of PMO standards and procedures in the project

Qualifications:
?Experience with project office tasks; ability to multi-task
?Knowledge of at least one PM methodology required e.g. PMI, Prince, etc.
?Confident use of Microsoft Office; advanced skills in PowerPoint required
?Experience with MS-Project desired
?Experience with budget management of projects
?Highly motivated and engaging nature, positively assertive
?Ability to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of reliability/flexibility
?Team player with good communication skills
?Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills would be an advantage
