for a Business Analyst IT (f/m) Risk Data Governance Lead

Project environment

Act as a business lead to support Risk Control and, in particular, the Risk Control Operations team with the implementation of changes related to the Basel Committee principles for effective risk data aggregation and risk reporting.

Tasks
- Work closely with the global Risk Control team, the program team, the Risk Strategic Change team and Risk IT to provide business input and steering on key deliverables.
- Coordinate with the Group Operations to ensure the effective implementation and running of data governance bodies.
- Work with the Group Operations team to ensure the implementation of a robust data issue management process.
- Provide general management support to the Risk Control Operations team within Switzerland.

Requirements
- Ideally a minimum of 5 years' experience within a Risk Control function.
- Understanding of Credit Risk, Market Risk and Treasury Risk and Operational Risk.
- Experience in dealing with data within a large organization.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills including the ability to deal with and influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a broad portfolio of activities.
- Fluency in both verbal and written English.
- Driven and resourceful mind-set.
- Project management skills: ability to manage a wide range of objectives with conflicting and competing priorities; ability to plan ahead and pre-empt key issues; to drive forward with little supervision.
- Ability to build credible relationships and rapport with colleagues across different teams and stakeholders from other functions.
