Project Description:?Support the successful delivery of the project through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting.
?Support for plan, change and risk management acc. to the standards of the T2S project management.
?Assist project management and teams on the best use of project internal standards and methods as the first point of contact for any project management or administrational queries.
?Assist project management team related to active stakeholder management.
?Support for the definition and maintenance of the standards of project management and process.
?Support project management in all activities related to project infrastructure.
?Activities include organization of meetings, preparation of presentations, cross-team communication, plan maintenance, dependency and issue and risk tracking, team and project reporting to various gremia
Qualifications:
?Experience in project methodology of preferably large scale projects in the financial community.
?Experience and good understanding in use of planning tools such as Microsoft Project.
?Preferably experience as part of project management of project management office team
?General office productivity tools proficiency expected (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
?Very good organizational and communication skills
?Fluent written and oral German and English language skills
?Ability to taking on high responsibility, accuracy and strong results orientation
?Ability to work in an international team spread over various locations
