Location: Germany Düsseldorf
POSITION
Responsibilities:
? Selling smart phone
? Keep good relationship with distributors and C level customer in O2 ,DT Germany, responsible for getting good subscription
? Collect the relevant market information concerning Terminal and MBB product;
? Visit potential and existing customers to capture sales opportunities and analyse customers’ needs;
? Organize and execute activities, such as communication conference with customers and distributors.
? Evaluate company capabilities to meet customer needs;
? Lead Germany channel team, manage sell in, sell through and sell out and reach the revenue and profit target
? Determine project scope together with technical and project management departments based on an understanding of customers’ requirements, and submit the tender proposal;
THE CANDIDATE
• Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, electronics or computer science
• Minimum 8 years experienced in the telecommunications industry
• Work experience in telecom channels, either with tie one telecom vendors or operators
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of telecommunication operators
• Good project management skills, Proven track record of business development and account management within large organizations
• Strong technical understanding of smart phone or MBB technologies
• Good networking and relationship management skills, target driven and results focused
• Experience of working with different cultures in complex environments, working in virtual teams
• Good interpersonal skills and Ability to succeed in an ever changing environment
• Highly flexible, organized and effective time manager
• English must be business level
