A global Swiss Bank is looking for an IT Project Manager in the Area of Client Data Confitentiality / eBanking and take the lead of two part-projects.
Tasks
• Managing all aspects of an IT project, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues.
• Coordinate the anonymization of new client data issues.
• Ensuring business requests are effectively assigned and efficiently executed in IT projects.
• Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement.
• Providing the stakeholders with transparent, accurate and regular information regarding the project status.
• Functional management of the project team in a matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Align business development, regulatory, innovation and technical strategies as well as requests.
• Reporting on launch, monitoring of project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance to standards and regulations.
Requirements
• Several years of experience as a Senior Project Manager for large scale and high complex projects with cross divisional or international project scope, preferably in global companies within the financial industry.
• Profound IT knowledge in financial service institutions with expertise in application development.
• Hands-on experience in multiple project roles is a plus.
• Sound financial services knowledge with deep understanding of business end-to-end processes.
• Experience in international organizations, fluent in English, German a plus.
• PMI PMP certification.
• Dedication, agility, drive and commitment.
