Für unseren Kunden aus der Finanzbranche suchen wir für die Konzeptionsphase eines Projektes zur Schaffung einer Service-Plattform einen Software-Architekten (m/w) auf freiberuflicher Basis.


You will have:
• Understanding and experience of managing applications, integration, interface and third party tools.
• Expertise in Java Enterprise architecture, design and development and familiar with popular frameworks like Spring, GWT, Hibernate, Query
• Knowledge in designing entity relationship diagrams and solution architecture in UML
• Hands-on experience with Oracle (incl. SQL / PLSQL) as well as application servers (Weblogic, Tomcat)
• Experience in ERP and SaaS cloud integration is preferred.
• Strong knowledge on concurrency, scalability and fault tolerant designs
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills e.g. must be able to analyze business requirements and identify architectural impact
• Must be able to brainstorm and communicate thoughts with development team, management and HR
• Hands on experience in applications performance improvement methods
• Experience with build, deployment, testing performance analysis tools is preferred
• Experience working in HR IT .
• Experience in developing web applications using Java, JSON, XML, Web Services (REST SOAP) as well as client-side web technologies (HTML5, CSS, Javascript, AJAX)

Nice-to-have:
• Experience in HR Processes

• Work with users and technical teams in a global, inter-cultural and cross-functional environment with high quality expectations
• Understand requirements and design creative and efficient solution using best practices
• Identify incomplete, inconsistent or even conflicting (especially non-functional) requirements
• Support project manager in evaluating efforts, dependencies, opportunities risks
• Lead technical developers and review deliverables
• Keep sight of big picture and assist team to focus on small details
• Design an application with global user base (nearly 24/7 online) and high volume peak at certain days
• Help project team to define right development environment and help team to improve work environment in the various phases of software development lifecycle
