Our Client is looking for AD resources being able to lead E2E projects in the regulatory space.Senior Project Managers with at least 5 years of experience in
· Regulatory business Technical experience implementing and integration.
· Drug Safety business Technical experience implementing ARISg and integration.
Not only able to drive the project execution including scoping, requirement, budget, external sourcing but also able to support (hands-on) the requirement phase, design, testing and smooth hand over to operations.
Job Purpose
Plans, monitors and manages technical delivery activities for internal IT projects/ programs from design through completion. Secures all technical activities, required resources, environment provisioning and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, risks and changes. Ensures that projects are implemented in a timely fashion, meeting the stipulated project leader targets for cost and quality.
Leads the implementation stream of projects of Research & Development in the Regulatory and Clinical discipline. Projects in these areas are typically complex (e.g. interfaces to existing systems or migration from legacy systems are required) and the time lines are challenging.
Oversees the work of internal and external resources (on- and offshore) to ensure results are in time, quality and budget.
Ensures adherence to IS processes (e.g. qualification documentation, SDLC, architecture principles) and smooth transition from project to operational activities.

• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
• Identify and resolve conflicts within the project team
• Perform project reporting
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
Education
Requires a graduate degree (or equivalent) that provides knowledge of theories, principles and concepts within a discipline.
Working knowledge of Program management. E.g. Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Prince 2, PMP and agile project management tools and methodologies
Skills:
· Ability to familiarize himself / herself independently with entirely new subjects and thus provide comprehensive and innovative solutions

Work Experience
Requires substantial professional experience (approximately 6-8 years as a guide).
