Project Description:As a member of the Project Office team you would support one of the current strategic Clearing projects with a focus on management and project content e.g manage activities, dependencies and issues, create management presentations and financial reporting, coordinate interface to other PMOs, etc.
The strategic Clearing portfolio currently includes approx. ten projects. Support is requested for implementation of the European Central Bank T2S (TARGET2- Securities) initiative which aims to provide a Europe-wide harmonized settlement environment to all participating CSDs and the European Central Bank.
?Support Project Management with focus on management and project content activities of the strategic clearing project T2S
?Ensure quality of PMO standards and procedures in the project
?Ensure correctness and timeliness of project plan incl. monitoring milestones of other projects that are important for own project milestones
?Identify and evaluate project risks and issues and monitor respective activities to mitigate project risks
?Draft management presentations and project internal status reporting
?Prepare, participate in and document project meetings
?Coordinate required activities for the project with the Finance and Administrative PMOs
?Budget management and reporting
Qualifications:
?Knowledge of Central Counterparties (CCPs) desired
?Experience with project office tasks; ability to multi-task
?Knowledge of at least one PM methodology required e.g. PMI, Prince, etc.
?Experience with Clarity desired
?Experience with budget management of projects
?Confident use of Microsoft Office
?Experience with MS-Project desired
?Highly motivated and engaging nature, positively assertive
?Ability to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of reliability/flexibility
?Team player with good communication skills
?Proficiency in written and spoken German and English (CV in English)
