Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 3295 for a PMO (f/m) in the Banking AreaProject environment
A global Swiss Bank is looking for an experienced, self-driven PMO to join and support the improvements and optimizations within a very dynamic programme, with an evolving IT leadership team, an evolving IT operating model, and a number of concurrent deliveries at various stages of the delivery lifecycle.
Tasks
• Project / Program Administration for the Wealth Management Platform.
• Responsible for task transfers to a PMO Poland Team (identification, preparation, trainings, transformation, controlling).
• Organization of team meetings / workshop logistics.
• Responsible for end to end reports, tracking of milestones etc.
• Documentation and tracking of project risks, issues, action logs and project deliverables.
Requirements
• 5 years of experience within a similar role.
• Leadership and Senior Level is a must.
• Very good knowledge of MS office
• German and English are necessary.
• Work experience in financial services would be preferred.
• Good communication skills and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
