for a Business Analyst (f/m) Credit Risk on Business Side

Project environment
A global Swiss Bank is looking for a Business Analyst which analyses any business related processes that include banking, organizational, application- related and other operational processes and procedures and develops proposals for change or enhancement. This role would typically be found in a project environment on the business side.

Tasks
• Information gathering activities such as surveying, analyzing and evaluating processes, products and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data.
• Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations.
• Documenting as is and to be processes and business requirements documents.
• Supporting project management tasks in the areas of quality control and project management.
• Coordinating the work of more junior analysts.
• Supporting a business process workflow including monitoring.
• The goal is to deliver more specific requirements.

Requirements
• BA background with focus on business side rather than technical IT side.
• Discuss, write business requirements and find an agreement with business stakeholders.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Credit risk monitoring.
• Business process management (analysis, design) experience.
• Knowledge in the area of Lombard credit within Wealth Management would be an advantage.
• Background within Data Warehouse and data modelling would be also a plus
• Business Analyst with financial background.
• Experience within Credit Risk.
• Fluent in English, German is beneficial.
