Sales and Business Development Manager

We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious and innovative LED lighting manufacturer, for a Sales and Business Development Manager to join their business in Germany.

Position Title: Sales and Business Development Manager
Position Type: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Dusseldorf area, Germany

Responsibilities:
- Identifying the potential key retailer chains, and new business partners.
- Achieving the sales target and other objectives assigned.
- Making of the annual sales plan and budget and implement.
- Regular market and competition reports.
- Support in marketing activities, like lighting fairs and so on.

Qualifications:
- DIY/Supermarket supply background, ideally with technical/electrical products.
- Strong Sales/Marketing/Business Development experience.
- Experience in B2C on-line marketing is a plus.
- Hands on working style.
- Willingness in adapting/bridging different cultures.
- Fluency in German and English language
