Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Endkunden suchen wir ab sofort externe Unterstützung.
Aufgabe:
Tasks are generally for two migration projects (SEDA Hydro and CCGT/Steam) with
two different buyers and project organizations. Due to high dependency of both projects,
a single project lead shall ensure high synergy and scale effects between both projects.
Main tasks to performed by the candidate are:
• Carve-out project lead (SAP applications ERP plus technical IF)
• Stakeholder management (partially performing)
• Being flexible for organization and communication in context of dynamic environment
• Perform escalation management, if necessary
• Leading IT-sub project within area SAP ERP inside of an IT-carve out-program.
Add. info: Related SAP ERP Modules MM, PM, CO, FI, FI-AA
with interfaces (to SAP HR and IXOS-Archive)
• Leading project alignment procedures (= Impact analysis project results with operational environment).
• Coordinating Service Enabling tasks (= hand over activities of project results from production to new SAP ERP System).
• Assure and adopt IT operational handbooks, design and review of transition concepts.
• Case by case: Take over of special assigned tasks within IT-area of SAP ERP.
Fachskills:
Experience in demerger / carve-out projects
• Basic understanding of the business in the area of Finance,
Controlling, Legal, Tax, HR and Operations
• High ability to organize and to apply structure in a dynamic project environment
• International experience in Project Management
• 'Key Account' ability / understanding for external sold company during project duration,
e.g.
• Management of day-to-day business (daily operations, etc.),
• Customer orientation
• Understanding of project solution dependencies on clients' business and processes’.
• Understanding of the SAP landscape , e.g. how to involve line organization
and their suppliers
• Modulbased knowledge of SAP ERP, Modules FI, CO, PM
• Basic knowledge of UC4, IXOS archiving, HR and Workflow related topics
• Handling of authorization requirements
